An exciting new-build development of high-spec apartments for a developer client, aimed at the retirement market. Located in the heart of the historic town of Marlborough, the apartments included riverside views and rooftop amenity space. The interiors are finished to an incredibly high standard including the latest smart-home technology throughout. Work included planning applications, interior layout design, building regulations approval and support during construction on site.
